Our recreational karate Programs offer instruction for ages 3-Adult with classes broken down to specific age and experience. Our recreational Program offers classes two times a week and focuses on the Traditional Okinawan Karate Ryu-Ha known as Goju Ryu. Our recreational program meets Monday through Friday with specialized classes for each Level.
The little ninjas program is designed for 3-6 year olds where they will learn the basics of Goju-Ryu.
The youth program is designed for kids 6-12 years old. The students within this program learn traditional Goju-Ryu with emphasis on kata and kumite.
The Adult program is structured for anyone 13 years old and above. This program is open to anyone of any skill level giving students the opportunity to train alongside senior students and instructors.
