Here at Stoneybrook Karate we have had multiple State and National champions through the AAU and USANKF. Come train alongside multiple AAU national team members and WUKF world champions. Our competition team ranges from 5 years old all the way up to adults, this team forms strong bonds and friendships that will last a lifetime while leaving your heart out on the tatami. This group of dedicated athletes comes in an average of 4-5 times a week for any classes appropriate for their age and level as well as a mandatory Friday or Saturday special 2 hour class restricted to only the competition team.
